Ordering & Shipping Information

Ordering products from us can be done in several ways.

We've added a shopping cart system to our web pages, allowing you to make your purchases online. We use Mal's e-commerce for our shopping cart, a secure and established method of payment. After you've placed your order, someone at KG Crafts will contact you by phone or email (depending on how you specified contact), assist you with your order (colors & scents for example), and make arrangements for delivery of the item(s) you purchased.(NOTE: You don't need to sign up for PayPal as is "splashed" all over the page to enter your credit card - simply use any major credit card)

* You can print a copy of our order form, write in the items, quantity and prices for items you'd like to purchase. Sub-total your purchases and add the appropriate sales tax (WI residents only) by using the Wisconsin tax table. This table is kept current and taken from a state of Wisconsin web site. Send the completed order form to us, with your shipping information and credit card information, personal check or money order. Please do not send cash!

* If you have a copy of our sales brochure, you can complete the order form found within the brochure, using the instructions for completing the form and payment information as described above.

* Send us an email with a list of the products and quantity you'd like to order. We'll gather the necessary information before calling you to complete the sale. You'll need to have your credit card information so we can process the order.

* Call us at 608.576.8422 and let us know what items you'd like to purchase. We'll gather the information needed to complete the sale, such as your credit card information.

* You can also place an order with us should you happen to visit us at one of the Craft Fairs or events that we will be selling from. We'll have blank order forms and brochures available for your convenience.

NOTICE: All orders placed from our website and requiring shipping through USPS or UPS will have the shipping calculated prior to shipping your order. The appropriate charges will then be applied to your credit card. If shipping is calculated at more than $10 - you will first be contacted to confirm the charges and completion of your order.

ALL orders will be shipped the Saturday after your order has been completed.
